iii. Copy of Membership Certificate of Recognized Trade Body
iv. Copy of NTN Certificate
v. Copy of Certification, if available
vi. Send documents to: Jafar Ali (Assistant Manager), Office #34, Ground Floor, State Life Building, The Mall Peshawar.

Terms & Conditions

i. Applications after due date or without valid Pay Order / Bank Draft will not be entertained.
ii. Non-submission of required documents will render the application ineligible.
iii. The form must be properly filled and verified.
iv. Wrong or incomplete information may lead to disqualification.
v. Once selection is confirmed, participation fee shall not be refunded.
