Pakistan produces over 300 varieties of dates, especially from Sindh, Balochistan, and Punjab. They are prized for their high sugar content, soft texture, and long shelf life, making them ideal for fresh consumption and processing.
Pakistan’s Kinnow is globally recognized for its juicy, tangy-sweet flavor, bright orange color, and easy peelability. It is among the top exported citrus fruits of the country.
Grown mostly in Sindh, Pakistani bananas are known for their natural sweetness, firm texture, and year-round availability.
Apples from Balochistan are known for their crisp texture, balanced sweetness, and long storability. Varieties include Kala Kulu, Tor Kulu, and Amri.
Grown in Balochistan and parts of Punjab, Pakistani grapes are seedless (in some varieties), sweet, and juicy, with a high Brix value ideal for fresh markets and raisin production.
